Marcel Ghosn

Lebanese theater director and actor Marcel Ghosn began his directorial career in 2013 with his first play, “Psy,” based on Sacha Guitry’s play “Une Folie.”

The success and critical acclaim of the play encouraged Ghosn to build on the concept, writing a second play, “Psy: Carlos’ Trip,” which featured new cast members and new plot details.

An IESAV graduate, Ghosn wrote his third comedy play “The Invitation,” which touches on sensitive issues related to Lebanese society. “The Invitation” marked another success in his journey.

Prior to his success as a playwright, Ghosn acted in several local and international plays, the most important of which was “Sakrifice,” a play in Italian that toured Europe for seven months.

Aside from his acting and directing activities, Ghosn also organizes acting workshops to help aspiring actors develop their acting and theatrical skills.
